The Double Level Cargotrack – DNC system is suitable for closed box vehicles.
Loading capacity
In a 13.60m vehicle it is 66 European pallets in total.
A standard DNC system of 13,660m consists of: 20 double rails, 4 single rails, 22 double floor bars and 1 adjustment key
Installation:
Simple guides are installed vertically on the inside sides, front and rear of the van.
The double guides are also installed vertically perpendicularly along the wall of the boxcar.
Advantages:
It allows adapting the second floor to the height of the pallet, thus making better use of the space, the rail admits a variation
unlimited in the height of the load.
The rails have a small recess at the rear so they can be attached to the bodywork.
The bars can be used to hold the load horizontally and vertically.
